Every piece of equipment in our facility has been hand-selected to support strength, precision, and performance.
From competition-grade racks and calibrated plates to specialized machines you won’t find in commercial gyms, Riverside Strength was designed by lifters, for lifters.
With a lifelong dedication to service, leadership, and physical readiness, Anthony brings a uniquely powerful combination of fitness expertise and real-world experience to the gym community he leads.
As a proud owner and seasoned trainer, Anthony’s approach is built on discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to helping others become the strongest version of themselves.
Anthony began his career path at Westfield State College, earning a B.A. in Criminal Justice, followed by advanced studies in Exercise Science at Springfield College and a Business Management degree from Springfield Technical Community College. Blending academic knowledge with hands-on skill, he became a respected corporate personal trainer in West Springfield throughout the early 2000s, well before stepping into a lifetime of public service.
Driven by a deep calling to protect and serve, Anthony enlisted in the Armed Forces, specializing in security training and serving with the Military Police during a tour in Iraq from 2006–2007. He was honorably discharged in 2010 and continued his commitment to community safety by serving four years as a police officer.
Seeking new ways to apply his skills, Anthony entered the Helmets to Hardhats program and became an IBEW journeyman/lineman, contributing to critical infrastructure across the region.
Today, in addition to running the gym, he continues to answer the call to serve - responding nationwide to natural disasters to support restoration and ensure communities regain safe, reliable infrastructure when they need it most.
Anthony’s life has been defined by service, strength, and perseverance. In the gym, he channels that same mission-driven energy into helping members build confidence, improve performance, and develop a mindset rooted in resilience. His training philosophy is simple: strength is built - not given - and everyone has the potential to rise.
Jeff is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is actively treating patients and coaching athletes of all disciplines - from youth competitors to high-level lifters and professionals.
A graduate of American International College in Springfield, MA, Jeff brings years of clinical experience in movement science, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
His approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and strength training - helping athletes return to sport stronger, more resilient, and technically refined.
Driven by a passion for both performance and recovery, Jeff founded FIT Performance & Rehab to provide an integrated approach to physical therapy and coaching.
Whether working one-on-one in the clinic or guiding lifters on the gym floor, his mission is simple: empower every athlete to move better, lift smarter, and reach their full potential.
Together, we've built Riverside Strength as more than a gym - it’s a home for lifters who take pride in doing things the right way. A place where form, focus, and community come first
